How does Leasing Looks work?
Just follow three easy steps to get your perfect look.

Lease the outfit for either 4 or 8 days as per your requirements. Schedule delivery 2 days prior to your event to ensure that you have plenty of time to accessorize your look.
Unbox your dry-cleaned and ready to wear outfit from our custom packaging.
Wear it, feel great, turn heads and be prepared for compliments.
Share your pictures on social media and don’t forget to tag #leasinglooks.
Returns are free and easy!
Pack the outfit back in the original box, place the provided (prepaid) return label in the box sleeve and drop it off at your nearest USPS store by 5:00 pm (local time) on or before the due date.
Don’t worry about the dry cleaning, we will take care of it.

How do I place an order on Leasing Looks?
It’s pretty easy!
Step 1: Choose the perfect look from our exclusive collection of festive outfits.
Step 2: Select your size, pick a date on the calendar and click on Add To Cart.
Step 3: Add your delivery address as well as other details and complete the payment.
Yay, you are all set! An email will be sent to you with your order confirmation.
How far in advance do I need to reserve an outfit?
As soon as you know it, even if it’s months in advance. Typically, you can book a reservation up to 6 months in advance and schedule your order to arrive 1-2 days before your event. In case it gets last minute, please contact us at email@example.com, and we’ll try our best to make it happen.
How long can I rent an outfit?
You have an option to reserve the outfit either for 4 or 8 days. For both the options, the outfit will be delivered on the first day and you will need to return it on the last day or earlier.
A 4-day rental can be typically divided as:
Day 1: Receive your outfit and try it on.
Day 2: Create a perfect look with matching accessories.
Day 3: Wear it at your occasion.
Day 4: Return it to any USPS store by 5:00 pm (local time).
An 8-day rental is perfect if you are traveling or need flexibility on when you want to wear the outfit.
Can I extend my rental duration?
If you happen to love the outfit so much and you want to extend your rental duration, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your credit/debit card will be charged after your order is processed, not on delivery.
What places do you ship?
Currently, we only ship to all states within the U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). Orders must also be returned from within the U.S.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not. So please enter a valid and secure shipping address.
Do you deliver to another address besides my home?
Of course! If you’re shipping to another address, please make sure the package is being delivered to a valid and secure address. Please note that a secure shipping address is highly recommended. If in any case you provide an un-secure shipping address, Leasing Looks will not bear the liability for a package left unattended. You will be liable for lost or stolen packages.
What do I do if I am travelling to a different city?
If you are attending an event in a different city, an 8-day rental of your outfit is recommended.
Is a signature required for delivery?
While we do not require a signature for delivery, it is up to the carrier’s discretion whether they feel the package is safe to leave at an address without someone available to sign for the order. If you are not available at your shipping address, your order could be left with a neighbor, doorman, mailroom or front desk.
It is your responsibility to provide a shipping address that you believe is the most secure.
Please be aware that Leasing Looks or the shipping carrier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What time will my outfit arrive?
Deliveries arrive on weekdays and Saturday between 8am and 10pm. We provide tracking information, so you can see when your package is out for delivery.
What happens if my garment doesn’t arrive?
If you do not receive the dress by the end of the day you expected please email us at email@example.com. We will track the package with our shipping carrier and update you with information as soon as possible.
What is included in my package?
You will receive your outfit along with the Leasing Looks kit that has all the little things you may need to get ready and is all yours to keep. You will also receive a thank you card with package instructions at the back, care tips and a pre-paid return envelope all packaged beautifully in a custom Leasing Looks box.
Can I purchase an outfit that I am currently renting?
Yes, however we can’t make any promises. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will do our best to sell you at a competitive rate.
CARE & FIT
How do I ensure hygiene?
At Leasing Looks, we maintain very high hygiene standards to make sure you have a great experience. We have partnered with laundry experts to ensure each outfit is properly dry cleaned and thoroughly steamed so that it’s ready for you to wear. You will not be disappointed, we promise!
Do I need to dry clean the outfit myself before or after wearing?
Not at all! Dry cleaning is always on us! We will deliver you a perfectly dry-cleaned and ready to wear outfit. Also, after wearing the outfit, don’t worry to dry-clean it. We’ll take care of it!
How do I avoid armpit sweat stains on the outfit?
Don’t worry! Please use the provided armpit liners as directed to avoid any sweat stains.
Will I need to iron the outfit before wearing it?
We do our best to ensure the outfit arrives wrinkle free. However, in case if you find few wrinkles on the outfit, only use non-contact low heat garment steamers. The outfits are made from high quality and delicate fabrics, so we strongly recommend not ironing it directly. Any damages due to ironing will be charged to your payment card. Contact us at email@example.com for advice.
Can I alter the outfit?
As such we do not recommend any alterations, but we want our outfit to fit you well. So, if needed to help you fit better, you can only hand sew or temporarily hem your dress with Temporary Hem Tape Strips. Please make sure to remove it prior to sending it back. Please feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.
How do I ensure the right fit?
We want our outfit to fit you well so please refer to the size guide available on our website and select the correct size. If you are looking for more customized fit, we are happy to tailor it for you, just email us at email@example.com.
What if I accidentally stain or damage the outfit?
Do not worry! Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We have a team of professional dry cleaners and experienced seamstresses who are more than likely able to fix the issue at hand. However, if the outfit is stained or damaged beyond repairable, unfortunately a fee of the outfit’s retail value will be charged. In most cases, the outfit will be repairable, and only the cost of repair will be passed onto you.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
What if the outfit I ordered don’t fit?
We know the importance of the right fit. If the outfit you ordered is not quite right, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can provide with easy alteration instructions. However, if the outfit doesn’t fit you well, please return it within 24 hours to receive a full refund less delivery charges. The garment must not be worn prior to returning and should be packaged carefully.
How do I package my outfit properly for return?
After wearing the outfit, please put the outfit back in the original plastic sleeve or similar, seal the bag and place it in the original box. Don’t worry about dry cleaning the outfit, we will take care of it. If in case you lose or want to keep the original box, you will pack the outfit in a clean 14x14x5 inch cardboard box. Secure the box and seal it with tape to ensure it doesn’t open during transit.
How do I return the package?
Returns are free and easy! Just place the provided (prepaid) return label in sleeve at the bottom of the box. Drop it off at your nearest USPS store by 5PM on or before the due date.
What if I return my order late?
We rely on you to return our products on time so that we can fulfill our promise to our other customers. Sadly, we will have to charge a late fee of $50.00 every day the item is late and will be charged to the payment card used to pay the Rental Fee. If you fail to return the outfit for a period greater than 7 days after the return date, you will be charged the full retail value of the outfit.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you cancel your order 15 days or more in advance of the delivery date, you will receive full refund back to your payment card. If you cancel the order less than 15 days before your delivery date, you will still receive full refund in your payment card, but a cancellation fee of $30 will be deducted. If your order has already shipped out, you will not be able to cancel the order.
What if my rental ends on a Sunday or a national holiday?
Don’t worry! Please return your order back by 5:00 PM on the following day at your nearest USPS location. (This only applies to return dates that fall on Sundays or holidays).
